We have a customer who has been running a v4 HA build for ~5 years and is looking for a refresh.
Is there anything comparable available in the v5 or v6 versions on modern Debian?
I seem to remember dependencies for ASHA were not available in Jessie last time I tried, something to do with changing to systemd.
Plan B is to build Wheezy v4 on newer hardware.

HA is being used less these days as people go to the cloud and use simpler tech like Route53 to do the failover. However, we do have at least one customer running V5 on Deb9 with HA. They've been in production for quite some time so yes you can go there.
