Title: Backup folders missing
Post by: davidiwharper on April 27, 2017, 06:35:15 PM
Hi Selintra

I noticed that after installing -30 on a fresh install, the /opt/sark/bkup and /opt/sark/snap folders are missing.

Creating the two folders allows backups to work, but I've yet to see a snapshot created (the system is largely complete, so maybe that's why).

Cheers
David

Yes, there is a packaging error in the DEB.   It will be fixed next out, which will be fairly soon.   We've got a ton of new stuff in there and it's taking a while to get all the regression testing done.

I'm surprised you aren't seeing snaps tho'.  You should get a snap every time you issue a commit.   Check syslog to see if it shows anything.  You can also manually run a snap to see if it burps

  sh /opt/sark/scripts/snap.sh /code]

I made some commits and they are turning up as expected.
